Northshore Eye Associates is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art, high quality eye care to our patients throughout the Hammond and Mandeville, Louisiana areas. 
Dr. Eric Griener is a skilled, board certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and strabismus surgeries. Our services cover a range of eye health issues including cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disease, retinal disorders, and ocular injuries. In addition, we also specialize in treating common conditions of the eye such as dry eyes as well as prescribing glasses and contact lenses. Our optical shop, where you can find eyeglass and sunglass frames for all ages and styles, can be found at both our Hammond and Mandeville locations.
Our newest affiliate Dr. Stephen Lau has expertise as a glaucoma specialist and is currently accepting new patients. He treats the spectrum of glaucoma types and severities with an individualized approach, finding the best option 
for each patient from the wide range of treatments available including eye drops, laser treatments, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery and traditional glaucoma surgery. He is also proficient with cataract surgery, always interested in helping patients improve their quality of life in the process.
Patient Information
In order to provide comprehensive care to our patients in a timely and efficient manner, we ask that all of our new patients download the New Patient Forms in the Patient Information section of our website prior to arriving for their first appointment. Please bring these forms to our receptionist on the day of your exam or fax them to us at (985) 542-0733.
Office Hours
Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call our front desk at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Our number is (985) 375-1111.
